Anyway, for the sake of brevity. I'll say that my stand up pursuit has stagnated and I've been in rut for a long while. My money ain't right and I am acutely aware of time not being infinite. Given your skillset and your preferences, I think there are a few avenues you could take like working in a writer's room for a comedy show or starting a comedy-based blog might work.

Thank you for your suggestions. The thought of writing jokes for others (comedy rooms for shows) has been at the back of my mind for years. Honestly, I didn't think I was good enough nor do I know how to going about pursuing that path.
Starting a comedy-based blog is SUPER interesting. I wouldn't even know where to begin with that. And, that's the point, I guess. So, I am officially putting both of these options out into the universe/saying it out loud.
